A ski traverse with short ascents and long descents

From the Catinaccio to the Tre Cime di Lavaredo! Uphill using funiculars and skilifts or climbing skins, downhill over untouched slopes to the next valley. The ascents in the impressive scenery of the dolomites and the off piste descents - some of them rather difficult - make this ski traverse an unforgettable experience. Your luggage will be transferred by taxi to the next stop, so that your only encumbrance will be your small daypack!

If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful atmosphere to conclude the day and comfort at the same time, you'll find it here. Our small but fine mountain hotel is situated high above Cortina on 2230m in the middle of the fantastic scenery of the Dolomites. In the evening, we will enjoy Italian and Ampezzan specialities and fine local wines.

An alpine ski touring instructional week in the Ötztaler Alps.

The glaciers of the Ötztaler Alps offer the ideal surroundings for late season ski touring. The funiculars make the high peaks of the glaciers more easily accessible; some of the ski tours also start from the valley.

Instructional program:
Off piste skiing technique, climbing with skins, form a climbing row, kick-turns, avalanche procedure, practical instructions for the avalanche transceiver, orienteering, meteorology, safety and technique on glacial ice.
